TEPS is an innovative organisation which is job placement focused. Our function is to work with JSA’s and to ensure that job seekers are job ready to industry specific requirements.

Our program and approach is unique because of our process of involving employers, Job Networks, Registered Training Organisations and Traineeships in order to achieve long term job placements for both the employee and the employer.

Combined with this function and with the rising unemployment and shortage of workplace labour in some sectors, TEPS contributes significantly to these shortfalls by creating "Solution Based Outcomes" for all concerned.

Our continual evolving methods and business practices place us at the forefront of career building pathway methods, for all current and emerging new industry requirements. 

This methodology contributes effectively to intergrational sustainability. We are pleased to be of service to a number of sectors who have benefited from our practice.
